Mission
- Keep physical stock, system records, dispatches, and warehouse routines aligned from launch through scale.
First 30 / 90 / 180 Days
30 days
- Verify inventory records, storage layout, and dispatch process.
- Establish stock count and movement controls.
90 days
- Improve dispatch accuracy and stock visibility.
- Create routine reporting for inventory, damages, and replenishment needs.
180 days
- Prepare warehouse and logistics processes for recurring B2B and regional demand.
- Demonstrate reliable stock reconciliation and dispatch performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse layout, stock counts, dispatches, and inventory records.
- Coordinate deliveries and movement documentation.
- Track damages, discrepancies, expiry-sensitive risks, and reorder signals.
- Maintain practical warehouse safety and control routines.
Required Experience
- Inventory, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply-chain operations experience.
- Strong record discipline and stock reconciliation skills.
- Ability to manage physical operations and simple reporting cadence.
Preferred Background
- FMCG or retail distribution.
- Uganda delivery and warehousing experience.
- Experience with launch inventory or new warehouse setup.
