Mission

  • Build the operating system that turns received inventory into reliable sales, fulfilment, reporting, and repeatable regional readiness.

First 30 / 90 / 180 Days

30 days
  • Map current stock, sales, fulfilment, finance, and reporting workflows.
  • Set weekly operating routines and decision dashboards.
90 days
  • Run a reliable sales-to-fulfilment operating cadence.
  • Define ownership, KPIs, and escalation paths across functions.
180 days
  • Prepare the operating model for controlled regional partner expansion.
  • Demonstrate measurable improvements in stock discipline and sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales, marketing, inventory, warehouse, finance, and customer operations.
  • Translate leadership priorities into weekly operating plans.
  • Track risks, blockers, and operational performance.
  • Build repeatable processes without slowing the commercial team.

Required Experience

  • Senior operations experience in FMCG, distribution, retail, logistics, or a related operating business.
  • Strong people leadership and cross-functional execution.
  • Comfort working from incomplete systems while improving them.

Preferred Background

  • Uganda or East Africa market experience.
  • Experience launching or scaling a new product line.
  • Commercial operations, route-to-market, or supply-chain background.
